We firmly believe that the Linux and open source software models are the root of privacy protection, and that the stakes of proprietary software dictate that it is not effective in protecting the privacy and security of users.

Niagara Linux, founded in October of 2020, is focused on implementing better security services for new and existing personal and business IT systems. As we see personal data security and privacy being over-collected as well as misused by Big Tech, and the future trend of smart devices, IoT, and Autopilot popularity brings security risks. We want to help our clients understand and secure their data information through our nearly 20 years of experience in traditional IT companies and Internet companies through the implementation of best practices.

The founder

The founder of Niagara Linux, Mr. Tao, he entered the computer industry in 2002. During this time he started using open source software, Linux systems, and later became active in the open source software community. Mr. Tao has served at Pearson Group, Financial Times, Penguin Books, ConocoPhillips Inc., and established his own independent IT consulting studio in 2007. Following this he provided IT consulting and implemented services for Save the Children UK and other companies and organizations. After 2010, he worked for a game studio owned by Disney, an Internet advertising company listed on NASDAQ, a Financial technology (Fintech) company, and multiple mobile game studios as well as a film company. In recent years, he has been providing consulting services for Linux, open source software, data center and cloud computing, and automated development.

Mr. Tao is confident that he and his team members will bring the experience of successfully implementing projects to international companies, as well as their persistence and perseverance in data privacy protection, in order to benefit their clients.
